Returns

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are in Original Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes being:
    • Unopened and in original packaging: Perfumes must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Watches and jewelry must be returned with all original boxes, cases, certificates, warranty cards, and any accompanying accessories.
    • Tags and Labels Attached: All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be intact and attached to the items.
    • No Signs of Wear or Damage: Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not due to original manufacturing defects.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: Returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or purchase receipt from Gemina.ae.
  • Eligible Items: This policy applies to most of our products, unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g., for hygiene reasons or final sale items).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain the integrity of our premium products, we cannot accept returns on the following items (unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival):

  • These are Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items that have been personalized or engraved.
    • Certain jewelry items (e.g., earrings – for hygiene reasons) – If applicable and legally compliant.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective item or incorrect shipment).
  • Partial Refunds (in Certain Cases): In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (at Gemina.ae’s discretion), such as for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected because it does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory management and the unique nature of our curated collections. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Recommended Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns, as Gemina.ae is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@gemina.ae or Contact us. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange (if available), or a full refund, including original shipping costs, for damaged or defective items. We will also cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@gemina.ae or call us at +971559812164 to initiate your return request within the eligible return timeframe. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number clearly marked on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided in the return instructions using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  5. Processing and Refund: Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we will process your refund as described in the “Refunds” section above.
